Speed Sphere Race Paste | Universal 2oz Paste

An ultra-fast, FIS-compliant paste wax from our Elite Racing Lab R&D, Speed Sphere Race Paste provides elite speed as a primary or finishing wax for ski & snowboard racing.   

Our newest race paste combines Speed Sphere additives with our highest concentrations of Meadowfoam and Nano-Tech additives and plant-based solvents. The paste applies easily and evenly and finishes with a scrape, brush, and buff to unlock deep wax penetration, superior durability, and the elite speed benefits of the Speed Sphere technology. 

Our Speed Sphere waxes use ultra-high molecular density spherical additives with a large particle size and narrow distribution. The Speed Sphere additive’s larger particle size creates fewer points of contact for friction to occur. These particles also exhibit superior durability, retaining their spherical shape after repeated and extended abrasion. This helps maintain the minimal points of contact between surfaces, lowering the wax’s coefficient of friction while extending the lubrication lifespan.

Speed Sphere Race Paste's Universal formula works in a wide range from 10° to 40°F / -12° to 4°C temps with old, new, and artificial snow. Apply it thicker as a primary wax after base prep, or thinner after Wend’s hot-melt race waxes. For best results, allow the paste to soak in and dry overnight. The paste finishes with a quick scrape, brush, and buff. DO NOT IRON OR HEAT! Speed Sphere Race products are limited to cold application only, as its unique make-up prohibits melting, blending and hot iron applications
